"Très bel appartement, clair, stylé et confortable. De plus très bien situé pour visiter la ville : pas besoin d' utiliser la voiture remisée en sécurité au parking.Vue superbe sur Rouen.  Petit bémol : la chasse d'eau qui ne s'arrête pas toujours, et le ménage pas fait à fond ("minous"derrière la porte).  A part ça, nous y retournerons avec plaisir."

"L'accueil personnalisé et sympathique à notre arrivée effectuée par Christine malgré notre changement d'horaire. Un appartement très plaisant à vivre, lumineux, propre et doté d'une très bonne literie. Situé à environ 10 min de la station de métro "Joffre Mutualité", ce moyen de transport vous conduit au cœur du centre ville. Stationnement privé et sécurisé."

"A lovely apartment with views across the city of Rouen. Secure parking garage. Very comfortable and clean."

"The apartment is very functional, spacious, clean and cosy. It is in a very convenient location to explore the center of Rouen - not exactly in the old town, but a few min walk from it. It has a parking lot in underground parking below the building. This is a big advantage, because paid parking in Rouen is expensive and it is really hard to find a free of charge parking lot on the street. The apartment is on the 12 floor and has a nice view over the urbanised part of Rouen. It is just opposite the Police Station. There is a Lidl store in 200 m on the same street, but it is a small one and the opening hours are limited - from 8:30 till 8 pm and does’t work on Sunday… The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen. There is a coffee machine with coffee - from the landlord. All facilities were available - you can feel like at home. Really good value!"

"The lift was very slow. Provision 15 min just to be waiting for the lift and exit the building. If you need to go to the garage and drive away - then you will need more time, because there are too many doors and corridors… I found the exit from this building to be a bit difficult. We had few unconformable experiences with the agency. They don’t speak English, hence you will need to use Google translate when you speak to them. The access to the property and the garage is not easy - there are too many keys and remote controls - and you definitely need proper guidance on how to enter. The issue was that the agency didn’t give us this guidance in advice when we paid the deposit, but on the day of travel. On the top of it this agency is using links which are corrupted and you cannot find any file (instead of attaching a file with this critically important info). So, on the day of travel we knew only the number of the building and nothing else. On the top of it the agent who was supposed to meet us didn’t turn up! He/she sent us a message to go to the office in Rouen city centre and take the keys from a box with a code. Hence we had to find a paid parking in the center and go to their office … Fortunately they re-sent their famous link with the important guidance on how to enter the garage (it is in another address and it has two automatic doors, controlled remotely). The lack of person to meet us and show us how to enter was a bit stressful for us."

"Clean, professionally decorated, comfortable beds, full kitchen, washing machine/dryer, underground parking; great location - walking distance to the old city center, museums, botanical garden. As a bonus we could observe little seagulls growing on a roof of a nearby building. It was very cute."

"These are HUGE, cozy, beautifully appointed apartments with great city views and a balcony. In addition to two bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen and a large living room, there is a laundry room. In the living room there is a modern large TV with all the main applications. The apartments are conveniently located near the embankment; the historical city center is on the other side of the river. You can get there on foot in 15-20 minutes. There is a bakery nearby with very tasty pastries. The apartments will be ideal for a family holiday or a group holiday. I am very grateful to the owner of the apartment for her help and hospitality!"
